From Porto's riverfront to Compostela's cathedral square, follow the Atlantic north through fishing towns, forests and centuries of pilgrimage history.

    Meet in Porto around 3pm for bike fitting and a relaxed tour briefing, with a welcome gift waiting in Porto, Portugal.

    Coastal boardwalks

    Esposende

    Today we'll ride along the coast, passing northern beaches, boardwalks and quiet streets until we reach Esposende.

    Churches & coast

    Praia de Âncora

    We'll continue along the coast, alternating through inland areas and passing century-old churches and monuments from the beginning of the Pilgrimage Route.

    Crossing into Spain

    Today we'll take a speedboat across the Minho River into Spain, then explore the Galician coast to the fullest.

    The route changes today as we ride through forested areas and urban stretches, with open views across the Galician bay.

    The paths converge

    Padrón

    The path fills with pilgrims as different routes begin to converge. We'll stay overnight in a former 16th-century monastery.
